By using any 3rd party payment gateways to make a deposit into your AltCoinTrader account you acknowledge to have read and understood the following terms and conditions in full and agree to comply with them and be bound by them in so far as they are legally enforceable.

1. Introduction

1. The following terms and conditions apply to all online payments made to AltCoinTrader (Pty) Ltd. (hereinafter ‘AltCoinTrader’). All clients using the Stitch payment gateway are required to read them carefully before making a payment/deposit.
2. By using the Stitch payment gateway linked to the AltCoinTrader site you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions, do not process any payments/deposits through the Stitch payment gateway.

2. Terms of Use

1. The Terms contained herein are to be read as whole and where contradictions (perceived or otherwise) may appear, it is the user’s responsibility to address or seek clarity on these directly with AltCoinTrader.
2. AltCoinTrader specifically reserves the right to vary, change, update or in any other describable way, to alter these Terms from time to time without any prior notice to any user in its sole and unfettered discretion. When the Terms are so updated, they shall be posted to the appropriate portion of our Site and shall become immediately operable unless specified otherwise.
3. AltCoinTrader is only providing a link to the Payment Gateway Service provider (Stitch) to enable clients to make payments/deposits.
4. You understand and irrevocably agree that using 3rd party payment gateways such as Stitch is optional and provided for your convenience. You irrevocably consent to AltCoinTrader sharing any and all necessary personally identifiable information and documentation with the 3rd party payment gateway in order to activate and make ongoing use of the service.
5. AltCoinTrader is not responsible for the privacy policies and practices of 3rd party payment gateways or other websites, even if you access them using links from our website.
6. You confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the terms of service of the 3rd party payment gateway in addition to these terms. The Stitch terms of service may be found here: https://stitch.money/terms-of-service.
7. AltCoinTrader can make no guarantees regarding the security or data collection policies employed by 3rd party payment gateways or any site that is not owned by AltCoinTrader. AltCoinTrader recommends that you check the policy of each provider or site you visit and contact the owners or operators of such providers/websites if you have any concerns or questions.
8. If any Payment Gateway Service Provider or Bank imposes any taxes, fees or charges, the same shall be borne by the client, AltCoinTrader shall be indemnified from any such claims.
9. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold AltCoinTrader harmless against all claims, losses, damages and actions that the customers may initiate or incur in relation to the online payment gateway. Neither AltCoinTrader nor any of its employees, owners or Directors shall be liable for any such loss or damage that may be suffered by the customer as a result of such usage.
10. All payments/deposits will be processed on the basis of the information that you provide. AltCoinTrader does not accept any liability if you make an error while completing a form or if personal identity information provided to the Bank and AltCoinTrader do not match.
11. You agree to allow AltCoinTrader to process and store any information or data that is received by the payment gateway or bank.
12. While processing your payment/deposit you might be required to provide your bank details to the payment gateway. In this regard you agree to provide correct and accurate details to the approved payment gateway. You shall not use bank details which are not lawfully owned by you, i.e. in any transaction, you must use your own bank account details. The information provided by you will not be utilized or shared with any third party unless required in relation to fraud, verifications or by law, regulation or court order. You will be solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your bank account details.
13. AltCoinTrader expressly disclaims all liabilities that may arise as a consequence of any unauthorized use of your bank account details and or AltCoinTrader login credientials.
14. Although AltCoinTrader will endeavour to safeguard the confidentiality of your personally identifiable information and any transmissions made by means of the Internet, AltCoinTrader do not guarantee that your confidential information will be absolutely secured. By using this site, you agree that AltCoinTrader will have no liability arising from disclosure of your information due to errors in transmission or unauthorized acts of third parties.
15. As long as you comply with these Terms and Conditions of Use, AltCoinTrader grants you a non–exclusive, non–transferable, limited right to enter, view and use the payment gateway. You agree not to interrupt or attempt to interrupt the operation of this service in any way.
16. AltCoinTrader will not be liable to you or to any other person for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential loss, damage, cost or expense of any kind whatsoever and howsoever caused from out of your usage of the payment gateway. In no event shall AltCoinTrader be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of, or in any way connected with, your access to, display of or use of this payment gateway or with the delay or inability to access, display or use this payment gateway (including, but not limited to, your reliance upon opinions appearing on this web site; any computer viruses, information, software, linked sites, products, and services obtained through this website; or otherwise arising out of the access to, display of or use of this website) whether based on a theory of negligence, contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, and even if AltCoinTrader has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
17. Notwithstanding anything else to the contrary contained elsewhere herein or otherwise at law, AltCoinTrader’s liability (whether by way of indemnification to you or otherwise) shall be restricted to a maximum of the fees paid by you to AltCoinTrader exclusively for the use of the payment gateway for the 2 months preceding the date at which the liability arose.
